The premise
A crisis-readiness workshop moves leaders beyond listening and into application. In a half-day or full-day intervention, Ivana combines focused teaching with progressive scenario exercises, facilitated decisions and immediate feedback.
The workshop gives executive and senior leadership teams a shared language and a practical method for leading through disruption. Participants examine how pressure affects judgement, practise setting priorities and communicating intent, and work through realistic scenarios that expose assumptions before those assumptions become operational failures.
